Greg Davis
Founder & President

Mr. Davis has over 20 years of experience in real estate and financial markets. Prior to Paramont Capital, Mr. Davis was Co-Founder and President of Interim Capital. At Interim Capital, Mr. Davis generated and managed a large portfolio of privately held commercial real estate loans. Additionally, he assisted Fortress Investment Group in management and advisory capacities to liquidate a portfolio of acquired land assets. Prior to Interim Capital, Mr. Davis was active in the management of The Cardon Group; directing investments in real estate, private equity and specialty finance companies. Prior to his tenure at the Cardon Group, Mr. Davis was a financial analyst at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. While at Oppenheimer, Mr. Davis worked in the Financial Institutions Group; focusing on banks, thrifts, and specialty finance companies. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Honors Economics from Brigham Young University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Kevin Wolfe
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wolfe joined Paramont Capital in 2016 and brings over 14 years of experience in real estate and private equity. Prior to joining Paramont Capital, Mr. Wolfe was CFO for The Cardon Group, a family office specializing in real estate, private equity and specialty finance. During his time at The Cardon Group, Mr. Wolfe oversaw the acquisition and entitlement of more than 22,000 acres of real estate and disposition of over 13,000 acres. He was directly involved in fundraising and was the head of partner/investor relations. Mr. Wolfe also managed the private equity portfolio, other alternative investments and startups, and all financial relationships. Prior to his tenure at The Cardon Group, Mr. Wolfe was employed at Deloitte and Touche, LLP and performed financial audits specializing in the retail and real estate industries. Mr. Wolfe graduated from Arizona State University with summa cum laude honors and is a CPA and member of the AICPA and ASCPA.

Jason Justesen
Vice President

Mr. Justesen has over 10 years of experience in real estate and financial markets. Prior to Paramont Capital, Mr. Justesen was Vice President of Investments for Interim Capital. At Interim Capital, Mr. Justesen helped manage a large portfolio of privately held commercial real estate loans. In this capacity he focused on due diligence for new and existing loan assets, and managed institutional partnerships and industry relationships nationwide. Also at Interim Capital, Mr. Justesen assisted Fortress Investment Group in management and advisory capacities to liquidate a portfolio of acquired land assets. Prior to joining Interim Capital, Mr. Justesen worked at The Cardon Group in the real estate department where he performed due diligence on several land acquisition and sales transactions. Mr. Justesen holds a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
